In the pictures below you can see that the handle for the height adjustment on the deck is twisted when trying to adjust the height of the deck higher, as well the pin doesn't stick through the holes either and its diagonal to the holes. I doubt it is the spring and im curious if I need to adjust the carriage bolts on the deck and slide the bracket and the other piece closer. Does anyone have a solution? Sorry for the late update, but I had to go and get new carriage bolts and nuts for it since they were pretty shot and cant complain since they have been on there for 40 years.
