John_W_Thompson 8 #1 Posted July 11 (edited) I've just become aware of the Kohler L181 liquid cooled variant. It got the gears turning. What is your positive input? Edited July 11 by John_W_Thompson 1 2 1
Sparky-(Admin) 23,120 #2 Posted July 11 Those Wheel Horse decals are photoshopped into the pics. Look at the rope in the second picture. Internet is full of inaccurate and “scam type” pictures and information. 3

JCM 10,170 #10 Posted July 11 Years ago when I had my Lund Pro Sport I was talking to my friends wife and she mentioned they were interested in buying a tampoon boat someday. Must of been the alcohol. They did buy one.

My experience with boats over the years is they always need something repaired.

John_W_Thompson 8 #16 Posted July 12 Model A (pontoons / awning) is still a go, for a single L181. Model B can't be done while maintaining the spirit of Kohler. I thought about 3 connected with pulleys. But the belts would not hold them in phase / sync. A thru shaft inline setup would be possible, but multiples would just be way too heavy. Ever see any L181's lying around?
