Governor shaft spacer

Good evening everyone I can’t find the governor shaft spacer for sale for a 1963 wheel horse tractor 953 is there something else I can use for it and if so what size would it have to be?

Could you point out on the parts list the spacer you are looking for?

The round tube that holds the governor arm in place I have the part with the I’ll call flap on it but the tube part I don’t have and can’t find

I’m also not sure how this part goes if anyone would have a picture of it before installing it are they to be open or closed and or how it goes

Not sure if this will help but it is from the K-241 parts manual.

I use a wood dowel to hold the two parts of the cam shaft in place while slipping the shims in place then push the pin intoplace which pushes the dowl out.

Part number t1 that’s the part I can’t find and on the cam shaft not sure on how the other part goes back on

I'm not sure whether it was a mis-type, but T1 does not go on the cam shaft. It goes on the governor shaft.
