Josh_M 0 #1 Posted June 22 I just acquired a 551, first Horse so pretty excited but, unfortunately the tip of the crank is snapped off for the flywheel, nut, and washer. The plan is/was to remove the crank and have faced then drill and tap it for a bolt. But in the meantime I had someone on Facebook tell me they may have a crank out of a 550, he was nice enough to take some OD measurements of the crank to see if it’ll work for me. My question is does anyone know how to verify a crank for the H55? I’d like to tell this person I want it before I get mine out and someone else scoops it up.
