rmaynard 16,259 #2 Posted June 22 Just a few of my thoughts. The WHCC club has had multiple pictures of beautiful Work Horses since the close of the 2024 show. They have had a year to come up with a design. Most shirts have fairly well represented Wheel Horse and the fact that they were the best garden tractor made. This image make Wheel Horse Work Horse look like a joke, and the driver looks like a stoner. I'm sorry, but that is my opinion. And yes, I was the first NO vote. Your vote will remain anonymous, but comments are welcome.
Sparky-(Admin) 23,015 #3 Posted June 22 I also wasn’t a fan of it, and didn’t purchase one. I did however purchase a red and white ball-cap when I was renewing my WHCC membership. Those I really liked!

wallfish 17,950 #5 Posted June 22 Ever since they went with those big gaudy pics on the back, I'm not a fan and they're only worn at the show. It's almost like Mimi from the Drew Carey show is the one choosing the design The earlier shirts were much more basic and could be worn all year long 2 1

This year I did not purchase one.
Horsin'round 232 #7 Posted June 22 Just my . I try to support the organizations that further my hobbies. Buying a hat or t-shirt is a small way to accomplish this. 7

I will say it seemed like they were selling a good bit of them. When I first seen the image, I was thinking, I know that guy. Who is it??? WOW 2
GlenW 53 #9 Posted June 22 I’m not a big fan of the design, but it was my son and I’s first time and I wanted to make it memorable. It started with getting him a shirt because he liked it but then I got myself one as well. 7 1

WHX?? 51,564 #11 Posted June 22 A WW II era pin up gal would have been better but I never even looked 'till this thread. I don't care gets my vote. 2
Horse Newbie 7,393 #12 Posted June 22 The guy on the Work Horse looks like he was drawn by the same guy who drew Roger from American Dad.
Wild Bill in VA 1,541 #13 Posted June 23 I do agree with you all and I have seen unfavorable remarks on other forums about this design as well. Yes, I do purchase the shirts every year to donate to the club and collect for myself. My understanding is that design was generated by AI, Stephen Hawkins the renown astro physicist warned us to beware of AI and I can see why. Horse Newbie 7,393 #14 Posted June 23 I voted “I don’t care” in the poll. I buy the T-shirt as a souvenir of the trip, and raffle tickets to support the club also.
c-series don 9,886 #15 Posted June 23 Let me start by saying I’m happy beyond belief that my tractor was used for the plaque and the pin. I sent multiple pictures in to the WHCC president to use for the shirt. Then called and texted him to ask if they were okay or if he needed different ones. I was going to take additional photos of my tractor if he needed them for the shirt so he could pick one. I started this process months ago, but he totally stopped responding to me. When I saw him at the show he gave me this lame ass excuse that all my texts must have gone to spam or junk mail. However I never emailed him and in the beginning we talked on the phone and texted back and forth so that’s BS. Needless to say I was totally disappointed with the outcome and definitely did not buy a shirt for the first time since I’ve been going to the show. 1
AMC RULES 37,194 #16 Posted June 23 Bought a hat and a shirt because I like them and and am there to support my WHCC. The division gets old, seems there is a lot more in the world to worry about these days.

I’m feeling good about it.
rmaynard 16,259 #18 Posted June 23 Don't get me wrong. I will continue to support the club. Instead of buying the shirt, I bought more raffle tickets. 3
sqrlgtr 701 #19 Posted June 24 No vote for me. This was my first time I had got to make it to the show and bought the shirt and red and white hat. I like my new hat.... and man is that shirt warm.. 1
kdeatrick 149 #20 Posted June 25 As a Work Horse owner, my gut reaction was it was a joke gone bad. Could have been a lot better. I did buy the shirt and my wife laughed and said, "Oh my god, It's you !" H'mmm I don't have the beard in the summer and never that straggly, but hey she liked it. 1
