stvski80085 279 #1 Posted June 6, 2025 Everyone, I have my rear tires getting mounted to my painted rims. I want a backup set of front rims to paint and mount so I can swap around as I work on this thing. I have a set of tires but are there any new wheels anyone knows of that would fit properly. I guess I don't understand the offset yet. The inside of the rim that holds the bearing is flush with the rim and the rims have a 16x6.5x8 tire. Just want a good set then I can keep cutting grass while I redo this set. Steve
953 nut 63,957 #2 Posted June 7, 2025 With the e3xception of the 520, D, and 418-C the front rims are all rather interchangeable.

Not all are the same, the early Wheel Horse hubs were 4 " long then they changed to 3 3/4" like what's on you B-80 They change some time in the 60's not sure when. Most new wheels found for sale have 3" hubs I used a couple of collars and some washers behind them on my Raider 12..
stvski80085 279 #4 Posted June 11, 2025 I’m just stripping the paint off this weekend and getting them painted. I have new front tires that will be here Friday. I can push mower for a week if I need too. My raider has an even more narrow wheel so can’t swap them. Steve
stvski80085 279 #5 Posted June 23, 2025 I put in the new bearings and seems as smooth as can be. I think these will be better support then those little half inch ones. Finally feel like I'm making some progress on fixing this thing up. Wheels painted and new tires all around. Looks good. Steve 2

nylyon-(Admin) 8,742 #7 Posted January 28 Welcome to the forum. If yours had a side discharge deck, I would suspect it was a 36” deck and would likely have been this one:
