rickv1957 70 #1 Posted September 16, 2009 This is what my stable looks like after adding a shelf for my NOS tractors. After a lot of cleaning and rearranging we are ready for my Wheel Horse open house on Saturday, October 3, 2009 @ 11 a.m. Let me know if you want to come out for a visit. Thanks to the D 180 man for helping me figure out photo posting.

wh500special 2,090 #5 Posted September 16, 2009 Wow Rick, that's great! Nice to talk with you last evening on the phone. Hopefully I can find a way down to LOZ for a visit one of these days. So, how do you get the tractors on the upper level? Ramps? Forklift? I know you won't be raising/lowering them often, but curious nonetheless. Steve
rickv1957 70 #6 Posted September 16, 2009 Steve, after pushing the two small ones up ramps,my son and I figured my skidloader with forks would work on the rest,3 sheets of plywood on forks worked great!
defed 0 #7 Posted September 16, 2009 i was debating making a shelf like that for my smaller models (RJ's, suburban's)...i saw some hydraulic wheel lifts in a tool catalog...sort of like a mini fork lift, but cheap! biggest problem - max lift was only about 36". also saw some hydraulic carts that went a little higher, but not as low....so might just make a custom lift w/ some sort of scissor jack.
