Andy G 6 #1 Posted April 23 I found a 36” snowblower that I’m wondering if it will work on my C-81… The part number of the blower is 0636SL01. Owner says he took it off a 212. He’s basically giving it away, wondering if this would work for me? Thank you!
rmaynard 15,946 #2 Posted April 24 I don't think so. It's made for the 208-4, 208-4SB, 211-4, 211-5SB, 212-5 and 212-H. Your C-81 needs the tach-a-matic version.
953 nut 58,238 #3 Posted April 24 Looks like it would probably work though you may need to do a few modifications. It was built for the vertical crankshaft Wheel Horse 200 models. The only snow thrower listed for the C-81 is the 8642ST01 but most 42" blowers would work.

Sparky-(Admin) 22,259 #5 Posted April 25 My concern would be that a snowblower attachment is a horsepower hog, and you only have 8 available. Just my opinion but a snowblower attachment would work better on a WH with a bigger engine.
pfrederi 18,382 #6 Posted April 25 Biggest problem is the cross shaft. This unit only goes half way across and is in the lower hole of the blower unit. You would need a longer cross shaft mounted up higher
