bowtiebuster 0 #1 Posted September 13, 2009 Hey guys, I just picked up my first WH yesterday. I'm not sure of the model or year, and I thought someone on here might shed some light this for me. It still has the original tag, showing model # 1-0360 8 and serial number 960122 Any info would be great! Thanks! Nicholas Attached Image

stevasaurus 22,273 #3 Posted September 13, 2009 First... . Nice looking Raider...looks like you are missing the lift lever on the left side of the tractor. never mind...I see the hyd...got to get my eyes checked. :scratchead:
bowtiebuster 0 #4 Posted September 13, 2009 Thanks for the info, and thanks for the welcome! So it's a Raider eh? Is it a decent machine? When I got it I was told it was a C series machine with a 12hp, but was shocked when I saw it was a 10 and not a C-series. How does it compare to the C-series machines? C-Series14 15 #5 Posted September 13, 2009 My WH Bible and my eyes show that as the 1973 "no name" Series...10hp 8-Speed. The decals are the secret. The next year was the start of the "letter" Series., A,B,C,and D Series. So basically, yours became a C-100 8-Speed the next year. So....same thing as a C-Series.... There are several "kinks" in the chain out there for info on WH's as far as what VIN is what tractor I have found. I have 4 or 5 sources to check and every now and then, there is a goof up somewhere! jpmcleod 4 #8 Posted September 14, 2009 Welcome to the Redsquare. Nice looking tractor. I am learning a lot about these from this sitye and I am the proud owner of 2 Wheel Horses. It makes you feel real good when you have one (mayube 2) on a trailer and people stare at them. You have a good started horse there.
