courtneysg3 0 #1 Posted December 12, 2024 Hello I have an older toro wheel horse 13-38 hxl that I just purchased and after I brought it home I noticed that the blade engagement cable is moving with no resistance and the blades spin no matter if the pto lever is engaged or not. I noticed that the cable is very loose and the idler arm isn’t moving at all. I was hoping to get some tips on how to correct the issues

gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,281 #7 Posted December 13, 2024 Here is a parts list so you can see what is still available from Toro. Illustrated parts lists are the best we have showing what goes where. https://www.partstree.com/models/71191-13-38-hxl-toro-lawn-tractor-sn-059000001-059100000-1995/
