rmaynard 16,300 #2 Posted November 28, 2024 (edited) I use regular exterior satin latex black paint from Lowes or Home Depot. Thin 50/50 with water. Best if sprayed on. Wipe any drips, runs, or sags with brush or rag. Best if done with tires dismounted.
