The 520H has the swept front axle so a snow plow needs to be moved forward so the tires do not hit it. If you don't have the very rare plow made to fit, you need the kit to extend the plow forward. However, a solid link direct from the rock shaft arm to the plow frame is an option. The chain relies on the plow’s weight for scraping (i.e. no down force is possible) The solid link does have the option of downforce, but with a 520’s lift control (i.e. it does not have a “float” position) it is quite a trick to modulate height/pressure (too hard and you wear out the plow and driveway; too soft and you miss stuff) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
