I HAVE A 1965 875 WHEELHORSE. THE BLADES ARE HITTING WHEN ENGAGED ? HOW DO I CORRECT THAT

Ooooh you have a sheared keyway on the drive spindles on the deck.

Welcome!!

You are using a 32 or 36 inch gear drive deck???

If so, they MUST be timed so they do not collide.....

And, yes, the Woodruff keys need to be there & and not sheared

SO ARE THE KEYS ON THE BOTTOM SIDE UNDER THE BLADE OR UNDER THE COVER ON THE TOP

ANY BODY INTERESTED IN BUYING THIS MOWER ? IT HAS A 14 HORSE KOHLER ENGINE ON IT & THE HOOD HAD TO BE REMOVED SO I DON'T HAVE THE HOOD
