Lawn Ranger

Recommended Posts

mrharris12

Hi All,

Recently got a 64 or 65 lawn ranger that is not in too bad of condition, other than the 4 wheels and tires which are toast. Are there any suggestions on where to get replacement wheels and tires, or does anyone have a set laying around (doesnt have be perfect at all).

Post a wanted ad in the classified section... best way to get the word out...

Also check the vendors section. Some may have availability.

There’s a difference in tire size between the 64 and 65 models…especially the rears.

Best to figure out which year you have..maybe post a picture if you can.

I finally got the serial number: 17573. Couldn’t find the model number though.

This egghead is thinking it’s a 63 or 64 model…if it were 65 or newer the model and serial number would be together on the same tag .

that is amazing patina, that would look great if you wanted a project to clean it , wet sand and clear coat it, it is not super expensive just time consuming. and does it run? looks like it has electric start

Dad just rubbed some oil on the paint since those pictures. As far as running it turns over but needs a battery for the electric start, but it does have pull start which I think is cool.

The tractor is a model 34E. That is the tractor in the picture.
