Just wondering.... Besides being installed inside out (or on the wrong sides) how are they special?

Rims on the back look to be from a cub or something. The center is turned around from normal. Also have to remember he is in Belgium so some things might be different there.

these rims come from the factory in the yellow plant in 1967 began to build wheel horses I'm already visited 1 times and have got the rear wheels that are now smaler it is special for most of the event
