JimSraj 511 #1 Posted April 11, 2024 Anyone have an answer to what makes the washers (3256-28) under and (920257) above the blades ‘special’. Also the 107675 washer above the idler support bar?
ebinmaine 72,451 #2 Posted April 11, 2024 The word "special" would denote to the Wheelhorse company staff that there's something non standard about the washer. Literally could be anything though. There are two standards commonly used for washers here in the USA. SAE USS Off top of my head I know the SAE is smaller in both ID and OD but I don't recall what purpose that serves. In your particular case it's likely either a size or shape issue but it could also be a Hardness. Re: Gr 8 vs Gr 5. Some websites will show pics on web searches. Specs are tough to find.

Also the 107675 washer above the idler support bar? i assume you are referring to the "thin" washer between blade and spindle shaft?? As well as the heavier duty thick washer between blade and shaft nut???
