You can get it online, from a local Toro dealer, or you can get it from any Kohler dealer (25 099 04-S) or a small engine shop that carries Stens products. (430-662) As far as your question of "how good...." goes. It's a lawn mower and nothing more. It's also the smallest tractor-type riding mower (in the 200 series) and although it says Wheel Horse on the stickers, it's no where near a heavy built garden tractor like it's bigger family members. If you use it to mow and/or pull a sweeper or small trailer it should last a long time with proper maintenance. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
