Corn Head Grease in Unidrive

Ive heard so much good about the stuff being used in so many applications, it repels and doesn't emulsify with water, its a grease until it starts moving then its like a heavy oil..

 

Wonder if it would work in a unidrive?

Would it be capable of splash lubing upper gears that may not be in the oil bath?

Im not sure, it seems like its an excellent climbing lube for staying on gears, my only concern really is would it get the axle bearings.

I bet it would be a bear in cold weather. Let the clutch out and engine goes BLEAH!

I use corn head in my Brush hog.  It is a lot more expensive than good old 90w

Several years ago a fellow had a Unidrive with a plexiglass window in the top of it. It was operated by an electric motor and running rather slowly but the 90 weight gear oil was slinging all over the place. I would be afraid the Corn Head wouldn't get to the upper gears and the outer axle bearings.
