I also started a intro thread and described what Im about to ask here also.. kk here goes... what year is my tractor.. The Model is ::: T 605 The serial is:::: 133206... it says 654 on the side guard... it has a Tecumseh motor in it.. the numbers are HH70 - 140051c & the serial is 91839..... I think its a 7 horse.. It has a 3 speed forward and reverse tranny and a uni-drive rearend.. the guy I bought it from said it was a 1953 but I think he is off some and im guessing from other pics I have see and searched for maybe its a 1963/64/65?.. linen beige 15 #5 Posted August 19, 2009 :thumbs2: The 605 was a 6HP, recoil start, 3 speed, built in 1965. It originally had a Tecumseh H-60 recoil start engine. The 654 belt guard came from a 6HP, electric start, 3 speed, built in 1964. The H-70 that is in it is a 7 HP engine. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

ATractorDood 0 #9 Posted August 28, 2009 Hey hey..I got 2posts goin at once..lol Hello and thanx for the welcome everyone here and the intro thread./.. I really appreciate all the help and answers about my WH.. A couple others from my intro posts as well as here have told me alot.. Id like to further my questions from there by asking Would I be correct in assuming then if my 654 decaled guard was not original and the model tag says T 605.. its either 605 or maybe a 655 tractor ? I ask because I have almost finished my restoration and need to order decals.;. I see there was a 605 tractor as I have found copied manuals for a 605. Figures at Redoyourhorse I cant find decals for a 605.. ok also.. is it possible I have the wrong hood decals also because the decals on it now look like decals for a raider maybe?.. ok.. here is a better picture showing the hood decals. new pics will come when i reassemble my tractor.
