RED-Z06 2,137 #26 Posted October 1, 2023 The hard part will be...most machine shops i found wouldn't machine the block unless it was a bare block, which would mean pulling the cam and crank. They said its a problem with having to clean the block after machining, cant put an assembled short block into the parts cleaner and the risk is metal getting inside.
