No gas

16hp kohler no gas getting to the carb. New fuel pump,new carb,fuel lines,fuel filter. ???

What kind of new fuel pump. Cheapy plastic one by chance? I've had them bad right out of the box. 

I've also had them run fine last a long time. 50/50 roll of the dice on them. 

Long shot but did you try and hand feed to get the pump primed.

Tank under the hood or the seat pan? Regardless, start at the source and trace it to the motor. Often times the petcock gets clogged right at the tank but follow it downstream from there until you find where it's stopping.

New petcock and the tank was removed and cleaned out.
