I agree.  Seems like some farmers preferred to have backerds tires in case they got stuck, then they could still back out.  Tractors with turn brakes might even have had one forward and one backwards.  OG traction control!

That’s a very good question. Resembles a Baird hood or porter cable. But the drop down bull gears being lite duty. Might be a home brew. Definitely not an Epco branded tractor

I am pretty sure this is a Page. Had not stopped over to look at it in person.
