stegs 327 #1 Posted February 13, 2023 Looking at a toro wheel horse 265H guy says it runs and drives, but the engine is tired. Cant mow at full speed. Might be something simple like a carb clean or the engine might be letting go Either way, im mostly interested in the wheels/tires that come on it The wheels and tires on my 312-8 are in good shape, however lots of cracking on the side walls Im not exactly a fan of the smaller size on the 312s either Anyway, will a newer (late 90s or early 2000s) 265H wheels and tires fit on my 312-8? im 99% sure the rears will be fine, however the fronts/spindle size has me a little worried Anybody here know if they are interchangeable?
Lee1977 7,221 #2 Posted February 14, 2023 (edited) It's probly not worth it. As the front bearings will fit, but the wheels listed are for lawn tractors, most likley 6", don't know the hub length. Be better to just buy new tires. as those are already 13 years old. Couldn't fine anything in the parts drawings about the rear wheels.
