Original 1974 tail light??

Recommended Posts

Trina took this lamp assembly off one of my 1974 C160-8 Tecumseh powered tractors.

Is it an original?

Tractor supply sells marker lights for $ 5.99 that are the same size and look great.

I'll keep that in mind Richard.

I have one with 2 push type bulb holders that'll get LEDs in it.

This is a ‘75 c-100.  Looks the same. When the bulb gives out, I’ll put an LED in it.

These look like what are on a’79  C-161 I was given.  I put LEDs in them (there are 2 on that tractor). And each fixture holds 2 bulbs.

I have been wanting to replace mine with something that looks like somewhat factory! LED, of course! That must have been an option? To have taillights or not? I know my fathers 79 C101 does.

In the mid 70s at least... The B series they were optional.  C-series I believe tail lights were Standard.

1977 C-120.  The wiring is a mess and I need front spindles and wheel (needle) bearings. She is not a looker to most but beautiful to me.

Thanks again

@Treepep

I think I posted some asking about value... But thanks for the light information.  Probably going to find a seat,. Might paint rims or not.  Tires are old but not rotted through.  They all have tubes.  Super pitted but solid and I think complete?

Thank you sir.  it is amazing how much has changed since my GT-14.  This is far easier to work on.  The paint is Ruff.  I am happy it has a new forever home.
