Awesome looking tractor.     Tell us more about it....Was it a C series before the mods?

I made many trips to Graz, Austria to test hydro turbines at the Astro Hydro Lab.       Beautiful City.

Welcome, Dieter!

That is a really nice looking tractor. We would all love to hear any stories you have about its history and the modifications to it.

I'm curious - does that stack shake much when running?  That is a very tall stack.

Very interesting, it looks like a beast!  What kind of snow plow do you have for it?  It looks quite custom as well, from what I can see.

Ingenious modification.   I've never seen that one.   :handgestures-thumbup:         Was it a C series?

The  C series tractors were made by Wheel Horse  in the 1970s.     Here is my C-101.IMG_1812.JPG.753d2e32204ca1c5b628b85d5615b81e.JPG

Hey, if a member stateside has one, I’m up for being commissioned to deliver it :)

Probably cheaper to ship it though. :(

There are 1” (25.4 mm) and 1-1/8” (31.75”)  axles, in various lengths.  Could you please measure yours and report back?

Nice traktor. I just moved to Austria. I had a wheel horse C-81 - complete rebuild - when I still lived in the USA. Now I'm trying to find one in Austria but having no luck.

By the way - I live in Maria Anzbach, just a half hour west of Wien.

Nice to know you're out there and please let me know if you know of any tractor that might be available!

Nice to hear from Österreich!

I suspect it’ll be a tough search for a WH there, though.

By the way, you may want to change the address in your profile from Rifton!

I’ve shipped one from U S to Bavaria in the past.  It’s doable :handgestures-thumbupright:
