GT22A/522xi Steering problem (removing stuck steering wheel).

Hi all...I have a New Holland GT22A rebranded Toro 522xi with power steering  that has a lot of steering wheel movement(side to side and up and down). When I looked under the rubber boot there seems to be some type of orange bushing which is higher than the steering tube. Its obvious it belongs back in the tube to stop the movement but I can't get the steering wheel off to repair it. Anybody have any ideas on how to remove the steering wheel without damaging it? Is there a special tool I can buy? I know there is an old thread about stuck steering wheels on these but I was wondering how the dealers remove these? Anybody know of a way? The the pictures of the toro 522xi steering wheels and puller Ive found look different from this one. Thanks, Tom

Hi all.. In case anyone has this problem in the future I got stuck steering wheel off without damaging it with a modified faucet handle puller. I shortened the leg ends and cut off the tip of the puller. The metal center of the steering wheel has a lip running around it to latch onto. It wasn't easy but it came off. I even asked my local New Holland dealer and he wasn't of any help. Hope this helps someone in a pinch.
