Hello there! I have a 48" snow blade. After a long hard winter, I decided to rehab the blade. I installed a new release cable for the pivot mechanism. I reattached everything just the way the old cable was installed. Now the cable will not operate smoothly. Same length as the original. When I pull on the cable the sheathing moves as well as the cable. No apparent binding on the cable or the sheath. Any idea's ?
