A little help in priceing a Wheel Horse tractor for parts

Happy Easter to everyone! I could use a little help on a priceing a Wheel Horse tractor 1991 416-8 with no motor, my old B80 trans and front axle. I posted pics on CL http://akroncanton.craigslist.org/grd/4427176050.html. I would like to sell it as pictured, but I also would like some advice on a fair price to put on it. I never sold a tractor this way before. I'm hopeing someone here has. Thanks in advance
