2 pointsI have a decent running 16 horse Kohler on a shock mount that will fit a Wheel Horse a Tractor. I removed the balance gears rebuilt the carburetor put new points, and it runs and does not smoke. I also lapped the valves. I would ship, but only at buyers expense. Or local pick up.

1 pointMade for wider wheels (7.5 inch), but can be trimmed down some. All the bolts are allthread with a welded nut on one end. Kinda heavy, which is why I listed with shipping. Might have to go with two boxes...
