Would anyone have a set of the 11 1/4 and 12 inch axles for a 5060 transmission. Ours had axles from an 8 speed put in it at some point in its life.

The part numbers for the axles are 7202 (RH) and 7203 (LH).  The Raider 9 uses the 5060 transmission.  Not sure why the seller shows the blue tag in the picture for WH GT2500 but the information in his item specifics section is accurate.  I may have some of these axles but would want more than he is asking.  However I would highly recommend you stick with the 8 speed/ 8 pinion set up since I have seen more than one failure of the gears inside the differential and wheel horse published a service bulletin detailing their recommended fix for these differentials.  Reference the attached service bulletin 252 for details.

Don't pull the trigger on those axles yet Howard. I'm trying to see if I can do better.

I think dad already bought them a few days ago. But spares wouldn't be too bad of a thing to have. And there was a 5073 or 5071 I don't remember which for sale on marketplace and we were gonna go look at it and see if it had usable parts and if you could make a six speed out of an 8 speed if you had the bull gear and limited slip but we told the told we would come look at it and then we were trying to figure out when would be a good time and he sold it right from under us.

I'll continue what I'm trying but it's a slim chance. Don't put a lot into what you were told about the 10 pinions failing. It's true that the 8 pinion diffs are a bit tougher but not enough to really consider. Maybe only on built up pulling tractors. I'll let you know if I have any luck.

We weren't planning on getting rid of the lsd because it will help woth plowing dirt and plowing snow and whatever other trouble I can get myself into and my tractor just has a stock k181 on it so we ain't gonna be running it at 7k rpm. Hopefully if we get the right parts this will be a pretty nice rig.
