simplicity & panzer blue color codes??

All-

I have a simplicity landlord 101 (early to mid 60's). Want to paint a snowblower attachment and eventually restore the entire tractor. Does anyone know the correct color code and/or where I can find the paint other than a dealer? TSC did not have any in the store.

I am also in the process of e tanking parts from my Panzer T75. Anyone know the correct color for that one and where to get the paint??
