project pud puller build

Recommended Posts

OK Fast88, You've done an Awesome job on that Horse. I don't think we have to many puppetsthe in my area. Just wondering where a guy would look for information on pulling and is there a web site for it? Best of Luck in Your Pulling. Please keep posting updates.

Fail for an air cleaner. Too tall. Should I tear it open and change the cam, better valve springs and steel push rods and also billet rods? If I get 500 likes I will do it.

I say A custom plenum to the the hood louvers or a shaker hood setup ;) along with your other upgrades !

This a :wicked: cool build buy the way ! :handgestures-thumbupright:  I'd give you 500 likes myself I could.

Nice hitch where did you get it? Really like your build! I'm in the process of building a 310-8 with an extended frame.

I have tom the hitch in the venders section make it. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. Reasonably priced too.

It a rainy day here today so I got some more done on it. Mounted the hitch and wheelie bars today and mock up on the seat. Also had to make some brackets for engine shields. PROGRESS :)

With the hi-low trans, what gear do you normally pull in? Only reason I ask is I may give it a try with the C-120 I have. We have a local garden tractor pulling club and one of the guys that helps run it invited me out to a local pull. I'll do the stock pull class for fun. I think there is one other wheel horse that pulls. May give it a go.

When I got home I buffed the fender pan out and mounted the seat. Then I buffed the hood and added a few finishing touches. After that I fired the beast up. She's a fire breathing dragon lol.
