Acres per Wheel Horse ..

Acres per Wheel Horse ...

  1. 1. I'm curious how hard most of our Wheel Horses actually work. Please take this survey. How many acres of property do you have per Wheel Horse tractor you own. (For instance, I have a little less than half an acre and I have two Wheel Horses. So I have less than a quarter acre per tractor.) I realize this isn't scientific, but it might be interesting.

    • Less than a 1/4 acre per tractor.
    • Between a 1/4 and 1/2 acre per tractor.
    • Between 1/2 and 1 acre per tractor.
    • Between 1 and 2 acres per tractor.
    • Over 2 acres per tractor.
    • My Wheel Horses are for show only.

I use my Raider 10 to roll and aerate 4 acres. I also use it for other yard work pulling a trailer and snow duty in the winter. I cut with a JD z-turn though.

Is he kidding us or does he really put 30 tractors in his magic shed?

I have 3-1/2 acres but 2 acres is mowed by a 4 leg hay burning horse. No gas or oil required. C161 could mow the other 1-1/2 part.
