pfrederi 17,147 #1 Posted December 12, 2015 The L107 my father bought in 1967 has always been my favorite horse. She has been in continual use since then. She is my chore tractor hauls stuff year round including coal in the winter (see avatar). Now I have a new reason to love her. Earlier this week I ruptured my right Achilles tendon so after some surgery next week I will be in a series of casts for 3 months. She is now how I get around outside the house, down to the mail box out to the shop etc. It is easy to swing a cast over a ranger to get on, not so easy on the bigger horses, and once you are on you do not need your right foot for anything.

Rollerman 290 #16 Posted December 13, 2015 (edited) Sorry to hear about your injured Achilles'. I can relate a little, I damaged a tendon this summer & was off my feet for a short while. I no longer have a Lawn Ranger though & really miss mine. They are very light & handy tractors. Edited December 13, 2015 by Rollerman
