Fisher plow on a WH?

Bought this 42" Wheel Horse blade today, might not be a full size Fisher truck plow but I saw it on Craigslist and couldn't resist once I saw the big decal! Its just the plow blade, springs and quadrant....no frame.

Might have a lead on a frame   .

Frame would be easy enough to fabricate using angle iron. I've done this a few times including the rear axle mount.

No idea....it is a standard WH plow so maybe 50#'s  ....just a guess.

It does have some parts still attached.
