Sparky

It belongs to a guy on the Ct shoreline (if he still owns it). It was at a local show a couple years ago and I'm pretty sure it was for sale. It had a 8hp Kohler and a hydro tranny.

I'm sure I would want something like this if I did not have a Gator.

yes it's in the gallery, and all gallery posts are locked to keep conversation out, that area is for reference pictures. Posts that have replies there are only because a mod or admin merged them together.

Well I did build a dump truck when I first got into the hobby and was doing a lot of fabricating. I didn't us a Wheel Horse though because I had quite a few 'FREE' Craftsman's around here. I used two frames mounted end to end and overlapped. I did a lot of work on that project and learned a lot by building it.

That looks really cool but the real question is, why is it not red?  :teasing-poke:

I can just imagine what one you did would look like Neil. You are way ahead of most of us on here when it comes to fabricating your projects.

As for it not being red, have you ever seen an old Model T C-cab that wasn't black? You have all heard the saying " you can have any color you want as long as it is black". Beside that I did the truck before I caught the "ADDICTION"

Those pictures aren't of the truck after I did some more modifications to it but I must have deleted the final pictures. I did modify the front spindles and had the same bigger tires on the front and at one time I did have a snow plow mounted on it too. Like I said that was a real learning project for me.
