Springs are 7.75" long, 1.5" diameter, and made of 7/32" ( .220" ) thick Wire.
The special High Temperature Annealing in the manufacturing process gives these extension springs a very unique high lift torque when under stress, making them much stronger than a Zinc or Chrome plated spring of the same size. Springs are painted Red.
OEM, (We had these remanufactured by the same factory [Jones, in Wilder, KY] & on the same machines and to same original specifications as WH used = exact, (Original Equipment Manufactureridentical Springs, "actually, they still had the original Wheel Horse specifications on file")

Mower Deck: Washers & Spacer Bushings

Fits on the idler slider bar: Parts #107675 & #107674

IMG_0018_zps0454843d.jpg

Two pair of Washers & spacer Bushings for basically all Wheel Horse mower decks from 1974 to 2008;  for B & C-series and later 200 & 300-series tractor decks.  A pair of metal washers to fit over the upper washer is included, for extra support, mounting instructions included.  These allow the slider bar to move freely so the idler deck pulley maintains the correct belt tension for the spindles.

$6 for the kit: (two metal washers, two upper plastic washers and two plastic Bushings).  Plus, 1 oz = $3 shipping.

DSCN0134_zpsfa2a2f1f.jpg

Flex Rubber FUSE BLOCK COVER is designed to fit snugly over the black 4-Fuse Block (shown in photo).  Prevents dirt and moisture from settling into the fuse from the top, which often leads to oxidation and electrical shorts.  The cover has the Wheel Horse logo embossed on top in relief, available in Black or in Red Flex Rubber.  These are made by us, especially for your 520 Wheel Horse Garden Tractor.

Only $10 (plus $3 First Class shipping).

IMG_0217_zpsr6bg8rmt.jpg

Rubber Bumper  (70's, front base of hood-to-frame bumper, fits in 1/2" hole),  WH part #5667     $1 each  (uses two)

Rubber Boot  (70's, drivers seat plate - snaps on base of pin & spring),       WH part #106331     $2 each  (uses two)

IMG_0218_zpszq0mqw2t.jpg
Zerk Caps,  $1 per dozen or $6/100  (keeps dust & dirt off of the insertion ball in use), the loop and retainer keeps the cap from getting lost while lubing, (for the mower deck spindle Zerk fittings, cut off the retainer-loop for clearance, cap stays on snugly). (tractors need 3 – 4, plus deck needs 3)

Red or Black Tire Valve Caps,  mix-&-match,  $1 per dozen or $6/100  (best to include these caps with other items ordered, very light, –– the Red color caps are much easier to see/find on the stem under our dark wheels).

Tie-Rod Ball Joint BOOT (dust cover)

A set of four black 80D Black Flex Rubber BOOTs, fits the standard Wheel Horse Tie-Rods (and many other Garden Tractors & vehicles):  ID is slightly under 3/8", 1/2" tall, upper end is 5/8"OD, lower end is 7/16"OD, (and each of the two Tie Rods has one on each end, equals four).  Keeps the grease in and on the ball, reduces dust & dirt from getting in.

Only $3 for a set of four, or $1 each.    Minimum First Class shipping is $3 for up to 3 ounces.

We now have the larger GT 1/2"ID Boot available (3/4" tall, upper 3/4"OD, bottom 11/2"OD), these are $3 for a set of two.  [03/28/17]

To install: (1) Clean and grease the ball first, (2) cut a piece of thin plastic 1.5x1.5", (3) wrap this plastic around the bolt & nut & hold there, (4) wipe a little grease on the plastic, (5) slide the new Boot onto the plastic, large end first, all the way up to the rod, covering the ball, and above the hex-nut. (6) remove plastic.
