All Tecky remarks aside, you did a fantastic job on that engine. :text-datsphatyo: Best looking Tecky I've ever seen! :scared-eek: If it runs half as good as it looks, your in business!

Looks great! Where did you get the decals? I'd like to paint mine but only if I can get good decals to match new paint.

I have a feeling a lot of Tech bashers haven't run the HH100. I'm sure impressed with mine!

Very nice! I have run the HH 100's and HH120"s, mostly on the old Sears Super Suburban garden tractors. All I can say is that they are very stout and long lasting engines. Many of the old Sears tractors with these engines are still out there working hard, many of them without ever being rebuilt. Any of the one's that I have owned ran as smooth as a Kohler and had every bit as much power, sometimes more. At one time I had a 1969 Sears Suburban 12 with a Techy 12 on it. It had 50 original hrs. at best on the tractor, what a power house it was! I agree with Raider, don't knock it till ya try it!

Finally put some fire in it last night. After the usual check for spark and fuel , It fired right up and purred like a kohler....only better!!!

(did i say that out loud). Not sure why Tecumseh motors get a bad rap sometimes. Up here for the last 50 years (until recently)

you couldn't hardly buy a snow blower other than Honda ,that had anything else. there is Tons of their aluminum motors around, and what ive seen is nothing but good. Now i just have to finish the hood .....had to re blast it and start over .the paint went for a @#$^%@

after drying for a couple weeks.
