Being a first timer at the show are you you allowed to use your enclosed trailer for sleeping quarters? And how early do you need to arrive to get a site? Also toying with hosting a meet & greet type breakfast any thoughts on this would be appreciated. cant wait this could be fun.

Even if they don't let you put that type of trailer in the "camping area" you can still camp over in the field. They can pretty much accomidate anything.

Our camper is the enclosed trailer so they will allow you with the campers.
