AMRIV1983 2 #1 Posted February 20, 2012 Guys I was wondering where you go to get a Headlamp cheap. I see toro wants $36.83 for a headlamp and other places online want around $30.00. Is this only 1 headlamp or do they come in a pair? It seems pricey to me. Thanks Addison

BOWTIE 226 #13 Posted February 21, 2012 I DON'T THINK ANY OF THE 300-400-500 SERIES TRACTORS HAD HALOGEN HEADLAMPS. TORO SHOWS THE SAME PART NUMBER FOR ALL MODELS WITH SEAL BEAMS #102881. I HAVE A 1988 520H WITH HALOGENS IN IT AND ARE 50 WATT INSTEAD OF 35 WATT. THEY ARE BRIGHTER USING ABOUT 1 AMP MORE POWER FOR BOTH. MOST WHEEL HORSES WITH A 15-20 AMP CHARGING SYSTEM CAN HANDLE THAT. I HAVE SOME OF THE OLD B-C MODELS WITH 1156 BULBS SO ANYTHING IS GREAT TO ME, BOWTIE IN OHIO
squonk 38,844 #14 Posted February 21, 2012 We used to sell the 4411 bulb at Napa under the HDP line. The regular 4411 lamp would sell for like $6 and the HDP which included the rubber body and mounting bracket would be $4 Take the bulb out and throw away the rubber body. TSC sells them too under tractor work light. If you want to play with lighting, there are several versions of the 4411 size lamp. I have 4406's on my Power King and it shoots a shorter but wider beam. Who needs to see way out on a tractor?
