I was watching a late 80's movie and noticed the main character riding a B-111 ! Not sure if this is old trivia, but any guesses?!?

that was from the movie funny farm. great movie.

That movie is one of my favorites. My favorite character is that crazy postman played by Kevin Conway. He was also in Gettysburg and Gods and Generals btw.

Wow! never knew about Big Bird! Did remember Funny Farm! No I was meaning Dennis Quaid in 1988's " Everybody's All-American" The former College football legend " the Ghost" is contracted to do promos at the local bar and he is getting older and feeling like the glory years have passed him by (aint that the truth! :woohoo: ) The localbar owner is trying to talk to him as Dennis is cutting the grass, ignoring him...looks like a B-111 with a briggs engine. check it out!

Bringing this back from the past.

I was watching some old movies and "Winning" (1969) was on.

Paul Newman Indy racing movie that showed a Wheel Horse at the 2:18(or so) min mark as he goes into one of the pit buildings.

I tried to find a clip from MeTube but no luck.

If I remember on one of the episodes of the old show "In The Heat Of The Night with Carroll O'Conner there was a scene in front of a hardware dealer that sold Toro. There was a 520H and a rear engine rider. They were right up front and very Visable.

I still like that clip from the other side of the pond that had the good guys ducking behind a sturdy Wheel Horse! :D

Wheel Horse has been well represented on TV and the movies, the latest that I have noticed is a quick shot of a 656 on American Pickers when they were in a junk collectors yard in Iowa.
