Forgot where something goes...again!

On my 312-8 with a 37" SD deck, I took my mule drive completely apart to clean the parts, replace the pulleys and repaint it. When I did the tear-down I forgot to take note of the order the spacers go back on the shaft, even though I read somewhere (maybe in this forum?) to be sure to note the order of these. :imstupid: One is just a little wider than the other. Can anyone give me the order they go back on and in relation to the pulleys?

On my 416 with 42"rd deck, without taking it apart, it looks like long spacer between the pullies and short spacer between the pulley and the guard.
