I'm pretty new to the Wheel Horse 'virus' but I can tell you that it's pretty stubborn! :P

Looks like that Tecumseh H60 may be from a snow blower.  Starter is 110 Volt, not 12 volt.   Block should be the same, but you might want to change the starter motor;  or stay with the 110 volt plug-in if you get tired of the pull start.   I did that with a  WH Lawn Ranger.

WELCOME TO  RED SQUARE.

I don’t blame you for wanting a Panzer, but you’ll soon realize that there is nothing more user friendly, tough and simple as a Wheel Horse!  If you ever find that Tecky carb being a pain in the unidrive, a Kohler carb will fit up and run quite well on there.  :handgestures-thumbupright:

The Tecumseh is H60 7063B if that helps with regards of being original or repower. I need to research this more. I'm leaning to removing the starter and keeping the pull. If I do go with the starter I'll go full on, add battery and ignition. Thanks for the info and welcome!

Good to know, thanks!! The carb is in great condition so we will see. I was hoping to get it to fire off, then the points went and ruined that 😁

Funny you say that. I was thinking of maybe preserving the patina!! Only thing is that some parts have rusted together and need taken apart to work. Definitely an option though!

After looking at the Master model list, it looks like the H60 75063B was used it 1964 on 2 other tractors, a 654 and a Lawn Ranger.

If you ever want to take it back to original, I have a Clinton B1290. It's attached to a Milwaukee generator.
