You city folk got any bailin wire for that tie rod?

Went trail riding way back on my 85 Honda 4 X 4 Foreman. Ran across a little mucky spot just like that. Well it was so deep the Honda started to float!

@Sparky  always have a length of 3/8x24 fine threaded steel rod , along with matching heim joints , only a matter of cutting rod to length , taper grind , nut/ washer backup and install . don't think I  would go thru that water in bearings muck , just me , pete

How about a piece of conduit instead of wire

Good ideas for the tie rod repair.
My preferred method is to put a glob of grease in the socket, re-insert the ball and then “lightly” peen the edges of the hole to keep the ball in the socket.

Mike looks like a nice ride. I used to do that, but now to many down trees. Too much work.
