Love those trails. I’d ride those all the time just to get outside.

We do spend a LOT of time outside.

Even so, never enough...

She watches out for you folks.

I've been mentioning that some of you wanted to see a video of our trails quite a while now... she took it upon herself yesterday to record that.

She figured if anybody was going to be coming to the meet and greet they could see a little preview and otherwise a few of you would just enjoy it anyway.

Oh, how I would love to ride there! Why does Maine have to be so far...? :confusion-scratchheadblue:

I have my own trails... but... like you say Eric... never enough time...:teasing-neener:

If it was closer, it'd be overrun!

I had something more like this in mind.

Bombing along on the trail, turn a corner and...

or...

I hate to say it but I've seen scenes like that on the hiking trails many times.

See, it's already started!

A paper I read recently stated that in ten years the climate in mid-New Hampshire will be like the climate of the lower Hudson Valley for the last ten years and less predictable.

I foresee a rash of climate refugees not unlike those seeking warmth (Florida) and low humidity (Arizona).

I can see the logic in your thought there.

Having been born and raised in hill country in Western Massachusetts and been here in the mountains of Maine for 20-plus years I can tell you that the unpredictability is on a scale far greater than most people can really come to appreciate.

I don't remember if I asked you this yet, but where in western Mass.?  My mom grew up in Housatonic, and I have lots of memories from that area, hoping to get back soon.

Been out through there a time or two on recreation and for work. Beautiful area.

I'm from an area known as the Pioneer Valley.

I was born and raised in Athol. The originating home of Starrett Tools which many of us are familiar with.

I also lived in nearby Petersham and Orange Massachusetts while I was there.

There are a lot of aspects about the area that I do miss but the economy was and is challenging, to say the least.

Even in times of economic downturn it has been easy for me to find a job here in Southern Maine.

Retired Wrencher

Great job Trina and Eric. Great way to spend some quality time out side on the tractors.  [originating home of Starrett Tools] I used them a lot when I  work at HSD. I took a few home when I retired. Great gauges.

Some day… my 6 acres of grass will become more and more trees.  Flat land trees, not those grow out of a mountain rock billy goat style trees.
