This afternoon I had some help feom my boy Brennanbo. We started to clean the barn. It is unreal how dirty that place gets. I have not spent much time at all down there but the meet and greet is the one time per year we try and clean it up. This is also the time of the year that we like to fire up the wood stove and spend more time down there.

I have the first project for the day…. Need to change voltage regulator on my 520xi. I believe the motor needs to be raised to get to it as the frame rail is in the way. Has anyone here done this job before?

I had to loosen the engine mounting bolts on mine when I did it. Tip it just a little to get the regulator out.

I'll be at the M&G and am looking for the LH tie rod for a '68 Lawn Ranger. Part number is 1773. This one is fixed length with the ball joints pressed into the ends of the rod to make it a single unit.

I suspect the same part was used on a lot of late '60's tractors.

Thanks!

Do we have a rough approximate schedule of events for the day?

Mostly what time is the tractor ride?

All the details are right here in this thread. Except the address, you’ll have to message Stevebo for that.

There will not be any tractor pulls. Ny son used that area to create a pit bike dirt bike track. You can certainly use that to do some extreme riding😳

I can see it now. For weights on the tailgate, you guys would just add flower pots and slabs of cheese!
