Does it have a deck, plow, or machine gun turret?

One reason the faster the engine is running when you turn it off the more revolutions it will make after the spark is gone drawing in fuel mixture that will not be burned. That de-oils internals and is pumped into the the muffler that may have hot spots causing KaPow back fires.  Modern engines have anti backfire valves to prevent this.

No machine gun turret though it could be handy for rodent control.

It will be her plow rig and working tractor for the winter.

In a few months her Pigpen 867 will be torn down for it's repaint.

Definitely agree!!

We can't with this one yet because the carb literally has only one speed.

Now that we're home from the show I'll properly clean out the carb so it can idle down.

My dad was an airplane mechanic in the navy. He told me to ALWAYS let an air cooled engine idle for a minute, before shutting it down. I always do

@pullstart

Hey thanks for posting that link!!

@Crazyredhorse

Is there anything particular you'd like to see?

My apologies for the delay. We've been ridiculously busy.

Carb kit should be here Friday. I need to get a breather gasket and take car of those 2 things this weekend.

 Your projects can wait another year or three, but you better get Trina's finished ASAP!  That means it should have been finished yesterday, so get on it.

Trina been busy, we are not to sure about you.  :ychain:

You are absolutely correct!

When she says," I'm thinking about doing such and such"  it means it's going to start immediately and I better get caught up!!!
