Awesome Richie!  I gotta ask... does this spin reverse of what we call normal?  The starter and flywheel are typically on the driver’s side..

Manual states the flywheel spins counterclockwise if veiwed from the rear of the engine.

Military theme, It's been in service for a while how many hash marks will it get on the fenders?

Unless I am behind some un-tuned hopped up 1 ton truck on the highway, with no opportunity to pass.:angry-screaming:

Not sure but if you have an idea, I would love to hear it. Thought about some stripes on the fender. Worn battle star on the hood.

When I was in high school, a kid had a '36 Chevy with a paint job as though a flag had been draped over the car. Complete with folds and creases. It was quite a paint job.

Given the name, you'll probably want some of these on it. :twocents-twocents:

For the Army 10 hash marks would be 30 years.  The Sargent rank could go on the side of the hood..

Even with the hood/ dash raised 3/8” I still had to trim the hood to clear the injector lines

Considering the military theme here are a couple things to use as a hood scoop.

I like the practical subtlety of the added hood pieces.

Adds quite a bit to the look while not going anything to do with overboard.

Turn it end for end, and it'll look like a hood scoop :auto-layrubber:

Naw.  Add a windshield to form a high pressure area at the back of the scoop.
