Big Show Confirmation

JCM

With just under 2 weeks to go and barring no issues that life can sometimes get in the way, who has committed themselves to be present at this years show. This is something I have been trying to attend for 20 years and it looks like it really is finally happening.

I'll be there! Look for the rocking lawn chair! :occasion-xmas: I'm usually right on this corner as you walk in. Look for the Coleman Canopy :)

(And Bring Ploye Mix!)

I’ll be there Jim!
Hotel was booked months ago and work was informed that I won’t be in.

Had the trans fluid swapped in the truck, motor oil is fresh....trailer bearings are next to be checked.

I will be set up near the 4H barn so I can take lots of pictures of Wild Bill moderating the parades Friday and Saturday

Prolly a Northern Maine thing. My father was from Madawaska and my Aunt would make these. Just some butter on them down the hatch!

If you ever see it in a store, grab a bag and try it. Spread it real thin on a griddle and cook only one side.

I had a neighbor who had a son in Bangor. When she would go up there to visit she always brought me back a bag. They moved away 4 years ago. :(

I already found where I can buy it in Southern Maine. I will scope that out this week and If I score I will bring an extra bag of it and trade you for some WH console edging. Of course with a griddle so I can give a test run.   :handgestures-thumbup:     @squonk

Yes, plan on being there Thursday noon till Friday evening. Grandson wants to do the battle ground tour again and that is on Saturday am.  I will have a few things for sale and I promised @haydendavid380 a single used snow thrower it will be on the truck too.

And it just might be me but not a lot of enthusiasm as anticipated?

Steve send the "tailgate of knowledge" along with someone that is coming to the show.  There are many things to contemplate, and it just won't be the same without it.

If I was to ever open a bar, I would name it "The Tailgate of Knowledge."  With a big Bow-Tie tailgate hanging inside! :occasion-xmas:

You'll be missed @JCM! There are several folks who, for one reason or another can't make the show when they had planned to. Everyone will be in our prayers and I'll have a toast for all our comrades who couldn't be there.
