Bottom rails are drilled.They pounded in  4 foot long rebar with flat washers welded on top.Also several screw in type anchors that were screwed into the ground   with a big honkin' 2 man electric drill , then bolted to the bottom building rails.  I wouldn't want to run that drill all day.
